AQUALANE SHORES Aqualane Shores is a very popular and pricey ungated older (read: established) SINGLE FAMILY neighborhood (with the exception of one set of condos called Aqualane Manor) located between the exquisite Port Royal neighborhood and charmingly historic Old Naples. Most Aqualane properties feature deep-water canals. Lot value here is approximately 1.5 million plus or minus, with some new exquisite homes priced upwards of 5 million.
