The goal of this site is to give you insight into the various housing developments, new and not-so-new in the Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero Florida areas.
However as a disclaimer I should say that while I know a LOT about a lot of developments, please don't make any purchases based solely on my conjecture, comments, etc., etc., etc. and though my intent is to have accurate infomation in regard to these developments, none of this is warranted or guaranteed. Especially since the real estate market is always a 'changin.

This should realise that if they want customers to carry on dining out then they need to lower their prices. It's not rocket science.
